Logistics Coordinator - NITAQ DELIVERY SERVICES LLC

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding including scheduling and preparing documentations.
• Maintaining & follow up the daily correspondence with aligned fleet partners through WhatsApp group email online training & meeting.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the companys policies and working procedures.
• Maintaining total bikes & SIM inventories & total bikes management.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process.
• Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
• Assisting new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork including employee forms benefits enrolment.
• Collaborating with the HR the hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees onboarding to fleets.
• Mandatory to have an advanced computer knowledge in daily works.
• Fluent in English & Hindi for writing & speaking.
• Good communication skill & work under pressure capacity.
