istant Clinical Instructor

Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced istant Clinical Instructor to join their dynamic team. The istant Clinical Instructor will provide instructional support to the clinical education programs isting in the development of students clinical ss through handson training supervision and evaluation

Responsibilities:

ist in the preparation and delivery of clinical education sessions labs and workshops.

Supervise and mentor students during their clinical training ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety.

Collaborate with faculty to develop clinical training curricula essments and instructional materials.

Monitor student progress provide feedback and ist in the evaluation of student performance during clinical rotations.

ist in organizing and managing clinical placements and coordinating with external healthcare facilities.

Maintain accurate records of student evaluations and clinical activities.

Participate in faculty meetings workshops and professional development activities.

Support the development of research projects related to clinical education and healthcare practices.

Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical education and healthcare practices.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in a healthcarerelated field (e.g. Nursing Medicine Physiotherapy) required

Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Previous experience in teaching or clinical instruction is an advantage.

Strong understanding of clinical practices healthcare standards and patient safety protocols.

Excellent communication mentoring and interpersonal ss

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Familiarity with the healthcare education system in the UAE is a plus
