We are recruiting a Property Handover Executive for one of our clients based in Sharjah UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative solutions to ongoing challenges ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience
- Clarify Customer Life Cycle Policies and Procedures for customers
- Conduct inspections of ready units with customers during home orientation in the final stages of handover ensuring a thorough snagging process is carried out and followed up with consultants to confirm completion of work
- Contact customers one day before the Home Orientation to reconfirm details and required doents
- Coordinate with the projects team to ensure units are ready and meet quality standards before handover
- Conduct prechecks the day before to confirm that the unit is clean and utilities are connected
- Update customers on the available facilities amenities and retail outlets within their community
- Address all complaints and customer inquiries ensuring that the projects legal and finance teams are informed to take appropriate action or provide the necessary information and solutions
- Regularly update management on all processes by producing business review reports and implementing strategies policies and procedures for the department ensuring coordination between customers and the maintenance team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of Handover Experience
