About The Role


To contribute to one of the most important channels within the brands ecosystem. Responsible for delivering highly engaging and creative content covering fashion brands relevant culture stories travel and marketing messages across all social media channels. Supporting the development of each brand portfolio community at scale with a diverse and creative mix of content that represents the brand.

Working with the Customer Care team to ensure community insight requests and concerns are accurately recorded answered and/or escalate to the relevant Department Heads/Leads. Working effectively with many different teams in the business from Digital Trade Buying and Digital Merchandising & Concessions to the internal department teams Channels Paid & CRM and Marketing Events & PR ensuring all scheduling and calendars s align with the overall communication calendar. Supporting and contributing to additional social content as part of the departments content by channel strategy


What Youll Be Doing


  • Write copy upload and schedule for channel feed posts per day
  • Regular copywriting scheduling and et adaption for channels
  • Support Social Media istant with copy & scheduling across all channels and capturing instore activations as set by marketing calendars
  • Support the Social Media Manager Organic and Social Media Producer on all social media imagery s monthly including RTW Fine Jewelry & Watches and still life and advising on social media best practices for these s.
  • Ensure all ets are tagged with a social catalog contributing to the sales performance of the channel. In conjunction with Marketing Events & PR teams ensuring all Paid and Performance Campaigns are supported for the best commercial outcomes.
  • Responsible for aligning social media s with key trade messages and coop partnerships
  • Work collaboratively with Studio & Production Editorial & Styling Content & Digital Design teams as well as other responsible business contributing teams for s
  • Brainstorm campaign support and brief in ets to ensure socialfirst content is delivered
  • Attend marketing reviews and work closely with production to ensure timely et delivery
  • Brief in weekly content e.g. stories and product collages
  • Weekly monthly and quarterly reporting on social media performance
  • Contribute and ist with endofcampaign reporting for brand campaigns from our organic social channels
  • Ensure the Customer Care team is kept in the loop of happenings on social and provided with relevant credits
  • Monitor customer comments and escalate any cases as necessary
  • To remain agile. Reacting to shifting social media trends & consumer sentiment to always remain relevant.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry innovation to ensure our department remains ahead of the curve

About You


  • Minimum of 3 to 6 yrs work experience within a dedicated Social Media role writing editing social media or marketing a brand and/or companys social media presence
  • Have a deep understanding of each social platform including Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube TikTok Snapchat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ss a strong grasp of spelling and grammar is essential.
  • Experience with content creation and contribution to executing successful social media campaigns that achieved positive growth and engagement
  • Must be a reliable multitasker with excellent organizational ss and very strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with thirdparty reporting and publishing tools including SocialBakers Sprinklr and Dash Hudson as well as Google ytics
  • Experience building relationships with internal teams across the business
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion and beauty social spaces in addition to community management
  • Experience or proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications adapting ets for social distribution.
  • Ability to create own content
  • Poweruser ss in Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word and Keynote.
  • Enthusiasm and a hardworking attitude
  • Extensive experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication ss and work well in a busy team
  • Flexible schedule according to social media life cycle; comfortable working evenings and weekends and local travel as needed
  • Nice to have: experience using thirdparty reporting and publishing tools such as Dash Hudson Emplifi or Sprinklr as well as Google ytics
