Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, , and closeout. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project . Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct inspections and quality control checks.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Monitor expenses and track progress to ensure that project goals are met.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at the site.
- Review Project Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
- Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project
- Reviews and checks plan, specifications, contracts, engineers’ notes, engineering computations involving higher mathematics, and cost estimates for projects of substantial difficulty.
- Provide effective on-site leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
