Job Description
Were looking for an organized and detailoriented Male Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role youll be responsible for managing the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery. If youre someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to find the best deals and reliable partners
- Prepare and process purchase orders requisitions and other purchasing documentation
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions
- Identify opportunities to optimize the purchasing process and reduce costs
- Handle any purchasingrelated inquiries
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A team player with a positive attitude
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: Up to AED60000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelors (Preferred)
