A ‘Master’ degree is preferred in the fields of Real Estate, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Planning, Architecture, or Finance. If the candidate does not have a ‘Master’ degree, then a minimum requirement of a ‘Bachelor’ degree at the minimum in a respective field with valid work experience is a must.
A minimum prior working experience of 9 to 10 years in a Real Estate Consultancy or Real Estate Development Vertical is required.
Experience of working consultancy assignments for giga and mega projects in the Middle East region (mainly KSA) would be advantageous.
Client handling and client management skills are key for this role.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and bids at the same time.
Leading a team of more than 15 professionals and guiding junior colleagues for project execution and bids preparation is a must for this role.
Open to travelling to client’s office in the region and internationally – for project related tasks and presentations. Travelling to Saudi Arabia is a key part of this role and the candidate is expected to visit the client’s location regularly.
Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Preparation of Charts, Maps, etc. and overall data management is essential.
Project leadership is a key skill and would be important to manage client communications around it.
Able to multi-task, work on multiple projects together, etc. with a keen willingness to learn and develop a deeper understanding of the preparation of good quality project reports.
Sound understanding of financial concepts – such as costs, revenues, profits, IRR, NPV, cashflows, etc.
Interpersonal skills – to be able to communicate and relay thoughts well with colleagues, clients and stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (ability to converse and write in Arabic is advantageous)
