Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Psychological Counselor who will provide mental health support to students and individuals with disabilities at the Centre for Inclusive Learning. This role involves offering counseling services developing support plans and working to enhance the emotional and psychological wellbeing of students.
Conduct psychological assessments and create support plans.
Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and personal development.
Develop and implement tailored psychological interventions.
Use therapeutic techniques such as CBT and mindfulness to assist students.
Monitor progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
Collaborate with academic staff and external specialists for comprehensive support.
Promote inclusivity and accessibility in psychological services.
Facilitate workshops on mental health and coping strategies.
Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and interventions.
Requirements
Master s in Psychology Counseling or related field (PhD preferred).
Valid certification or license in psychological counseling.
35 years of experience in counseling preferably with individuals with disabilities.
Experience in a university setting is desirable.
Arabic and English fluency is mandatory
