Job Description
- Completion of a three- to five-year architecture / landscape / urban planning or other relevant degree program with post-graduation completion of a one- or two-year urban design / planning program / degree.
- 1-3 years relevant professional experience. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Utilize a range of graphic tools and visualization techniques to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and the broader community.
- Proficient with Midjourney, grasshopper, scripting and AI related programs or comparable software.
- Undertake an element of research with respect to emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in urban design.
- Working knowledge of standard regulations and best practice principles, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of mid- to large-scale masterplanning projects. Knowledge on transit oriented development, industrial and/or leisure/tourism masterplanning projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of specialised graphics software such as GIS and smart plug-ins, coding and AI-related programs or comparable software is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills and ability to clearly describe design concepts with words and images.
- Knowledge of and interest in Middle East is a plus.
