Roles & Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage prospective tenants or buyers to lease or sell properties.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, rental rates, and terms of sale to potential clients.
Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate lease and sale agreements to ensure favorable terms for clients.
Prepare and execute lease agreements and contracts.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors.
Collaborate with landlords, property owners, and other professionals to market properties effectively.
