- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital, public relations, marketing and communications strategy aligned with the approved marketing plan for Saadiyat Beach Club, Kai Beach, Soul Beach and Aldar Marinas with the guidance/support of the Corporate Director, Marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify needs, opportunities, trends and competitive landscape
- Develop, implement and manage the overall content strategy/direction of Beaches and Marinas along with the guidance and support of the Cluster Resort Director and Corporate Director, Marketing.
- Assist and support the Cluster Resort Director in identifying the yearly marketing budgetary requirements and monthly expense forecast
- Actively seek growth opportunities and identify gaps in the digital landscape to ensure a forward-thinking and comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Monitor, analyze and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum profitability / ROAS
- Identify and follow through PR/brand/sponsorship opportunities with the support of the PR agency
Brand, PR & Content Management
- Oversees and manages communication with external partners, creative, social media and PR agencies to ensure accurate, quality, timely production and placement of material.
- Reviews and proofreads the press releases, property and facility descriptions, corporate and promotional communications along with the guidance of the Cluster Resort Director.
- Implement brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency and authenticity across all touchpoints.
- Create compelling copies for marketing and communication assets and content to effectively convey the brand message and engage the target audience.
- Work closely with the creative team by providing detailed briefs and ensuring creative deadlines are met
- Manage and oversee the brand identity and brand reputation of the Beaches and Marinas.
