Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Designer/FrontEnd Developer to join our team. This role combines design aesthetics with technical proficiency to create exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles coupled with extensive experience in frontend development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design:
• Create visually appealing and usercentric designs for websites and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design effectiveness.
• FrontEnd Development:
• Develop responsive and crossbrowser compatible websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Build interactive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency.
• Stay uptodate with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with designers developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Extensive experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React Angular Vue and Svelte.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
• Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and package managers (Webpack npm Yarn).
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch etc.).
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices
• Experience with A/B testing and datadriven design
