Facilities Engineer - RAK Properties PJSC

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah UAE. The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operation and improvement of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and engineering with the ability to lead and coordinate various maintenance and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance operation and improvement of all facilities within the organization.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair projects including HVAC electrical plumbing and structural systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage and monitor facility budgets and expenses ensuring costeffective maintenance and repair solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address facilityrelated issues and coordinate necessary repairs and upgrades.
• Implement sustainable and energyefficient practices to minimize the environmental impact of facility operations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to facility staff and maintenance teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of building systems equipment and maintenance processes.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to facility management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in facilities management or professional engineering license is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry is preferred.
