Job Description

Provide MEP Engineering FLS compliance services to clients with emphasis on HVAC Smoke Management LPG systems Fire Protection etc.

Provide Engineering reviews for HVAC Smoke Management etc. and efficiently guide consultants and contractors on achieving code compliance.

Collaborating with other engineers architects and construction contractors to integrate and optimize HVAC Smoke management systems in building designs.

Review and assessment of technical documentation and system reports for compliance.

Conducting and supervising installations and ensuring conformity with engineering designs and standards. Site visits may be required as part of the job profile.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.

Knowledge of Saudi Building Code Saudi Fire Code NFPA Codes/ Standards and local UAE fire and Safety codes.

Knowledge of ASHRAE ARI NEMA SMACNA API standards and Client General Standards design codes and standards

Working knowledge in the use of AutoCAD or Micro station Software.

Ability to lead effective meetings and negotiate terms to benefit of organization

Specialized courses in fluid dynamics thermodynamics and heat transfer are highly desired.

Professional certifications from recognized bodies such as the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and AirConditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) or similar is highly desired but not mandatory.
