Job Description
The Paint Process Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering and product leadership for manufacturing and paint coating processes.
- Support the paint production line with a focus on materials and applications processes.
- Analyze paint products, processes, and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and develop process improvement projects related to coatings technologies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering degree.
- Experience in Industrial Paint environment - paint application, paint processes, etc.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, materials technology, and or materials testing.
- Knowledge of coatings, and some experience with adhesives, sealants, laminations, or films.
