Paint Process Engineer

Job Description

The Paint Process Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering and product leadership for manufacturing and paint coating processes.

• Support the paint production line with a focus on materials and applications processes.
• Analyze paint products, processes, and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop process improvement projects related to coatings technologies.
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering degree.
• Experience in Industrial Paint environment - paint application, paint processes, etc.
• Knowledge of chemical processes, materials technology, and or materials testing.
• Knowledge of coatings, and some experience with adhesives, sealants, laminations, or films.

This is a fully on-site position in Dubuque, Iowa.
