Join our team as a CAD/CAM Engineer and become part of an internationally recognized leader in the development and production of plastic pallets. Our reputation for precision rotationally molded, highly durable pallets has garnered us a customer base across all seven continents. In this role, you will engage in a comprehensive approach that combines in-depth knowledge of pallet design, high-quality virgin materials, top-quality molds, and in-house production to produce world-class material handling solutions. Responsibilities include working mainly behind a CAD station using SolidWorks & SolidCAM, designing and implementing modifications to CNC thermoforming equipment, developing and optimizing trim programs, participating in part and fixture design, and addressing trimming issues for various materials. Additionally, you will perform quality control by reading and interpreting technical drawings, conducting First Article Inspection measurements, and maintaining production and quality records for ISO 9001-2015 compliance. General tasks involve assisting the Thermoforming and CNC Manager with various projects, updating production costs, and assisting with FAI submissions.
