Academic Counsellor
Profile
- Handling enquires
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls
- Meeting weekly, monthly and yearly targets
- Guiding students to select the relevant academic program
- Servicing of students including giving study plans and colleges related information
- Handling admission related responsibilities.
- Keeping track of daily enquiries.
- Regular MIS updation.
Requirements
Education: Any Graduation
Experience: 2 - 5 Years of experience
