Function: Responsible for pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business
Reports to: Business Development Manager
REPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Build a strong base of loyal clients and deliver a progressively strong sales and revenue growth that exceeds annual revenue targets
New Business Development
Prospect for potential new clients and the decision makers through market/client research
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to turn potential clients into increased business
Assist in the development and preparation of tenders and formal presentation to clients
Build a pipe-line of potential clients by developing an active network with key decision makers in target organizations /markets
Prospecting and marketing of company s product through the use of Digital Marketing
Client Retention
Maintain an active line of communication with key decision makers of existing clients
Work with Operations and other departments to ensure effective service delivery that meets the existing client standards
Grow business with existing clients by selling new products and services of the company
Implement customer Relationship Management activities
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
HND/First Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field
Any other additional professional certification will be an advantage
Not less than 3 years of experience in similar role
Skills and Competencies
Proven and demonstrated leadership skills and evidence of previous involvement in strategic planning, development and implementation
Highly effective communication and presentation skills
Must have demonstrable business development skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
