- Extending effective and efficient support to Aldar Sales International team on pricing strategy, performance reports, and end-to-end sales processes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Country operations and other senior leaders to assist in the formulation and refinement of the overall sales strategy for the real estate development projects overseas.
- Provide critical insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
- Supervise and oversee the pre and post sales processes including but not limited to Sales force enhancements, Digital Sales and Purchase agreement, methods of payments and overall customer journey
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions and tools that enhance sales operations efficiency.
- Collaborating with customer management, legal, and IT on operations excellency.
- Ownership of all system and product development including but not limited to sales force, trial blaze, Genesis for sales.
- Support recruitment of brokers worldwide and strategies.
- Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches
- Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on monthly basis, analyze data to identify performance trends.
- Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, forecast financial returns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement, track progress against sales goals, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy.
Related Years Of Experience
Min of 8+ years of experience in Sales Management Operations in a large real estate company within GCC or internationally.
