Job Description
- Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps, motors, panel boards, HVAC units, chillers, BMS, etc.
- Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit, mechanical pump/ motor, exhaust fan motors and plumbing.
- Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
- Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
- Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the correct services are delivered.
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.
Skills Required:
- Good working knowledge of computer applications.
- Work Under Pressure
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Managing work on time
