Skills Needed:
- Agile Coaching experience. Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both
- Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within, or administrating an organizations Atlassian Tools Suite environment
- Product Management experience. Time working on Product Team within an organization
- Capital Markets experience
- Strong presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders
- Strong writing skills - take on the ground training learnings and turn them into documented best practices
- Agile
- Agile Coaching
- JIRA and Confluence
