Job Description
- Review task process and colleagues productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met
- Guide and supervise Reservations Agent in the daily task to ensure a consistently high quality of work
- Provide hands-on training for colleagues on a continuous basis
- Monitor group reservations activities and cut-off schedules
- Handle special projects delegated by the Manager
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role
- Service oriented, a team player and with passion to deliver excellent guest experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Opera PMS system
- A good communicator and possesses excellent organizational skills
