Job Description
- Handling marine surveys from first notification to conclusion.
- Attend to surveys whenever appropriate and retain as much as the outsourced survey work.
- Read and respond to all correspondence and incoming mails from Principals and Members.
- Prepare clear and concise survey reports as per Club requirements.
- Maintain accurate and regular time sheets of all work done and account for all disbursements.
- Liaise with third party contractors and use appropriately with respect to survey work.
- Achieve set financial target every month and follow up on outstanding.
- Conduct marketing with local ship owners and agents.
