Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Arabic language (mandatory), Islamic Degree (preferable), or other relevant field with a teaching qualification
- Extensive knowledge of the Arabic language, Islamic culture, and Emirati heritage.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
- Fluency in Arabic (MSA) and English languages is required.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, lead and develop large groups of educators
Skills
- A positive, professional, and collaborative disposition
- A strong work ethic and drive that contributes to the continual improvement of Dubai American Academy.
- Personal record of highly successful teaching pedagogy
- Personal record of effective leadership and management experience across grade levels
- Experience with MOE curriculum, standards, and research-based pedagogy.
- Experience in external evaluations and accreditations which has led to improvements in the quality of provision for students.
- Proven impact in curriculum development, program management, and educational leadership.
