Job Description
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Demand Planning
- Customer Relation
- Expert in Excel & PPT reporting
Education:
- Bachelors Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting)
- Purchase Order Management
- Stock Turnover Optimization
- Order Trend Stabilization
- Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues)
- Logistics and Warehouse Support
- Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers)
Dimensions:
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by proactive communication.
- Improve stock availability by implementing new techniques in demand planning
- Reduce suply lead time through innovative ideas
