Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and insightful information.
  • Build rapport with customers, demonstrate empathy, and actively listen to their needs.
  • Process customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery (if applicable).
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service
