Coordinating production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence and couriers/deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Preparing, recording and filing of documents
- Coordinate production schedules and deadlines with internal teams and external parties
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Monitor pantry and stationary supplies needed by the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and terminology is a plus
