Job Description
- Maintain and update a comprehensive document control system to ensure all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, ensuring they adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track and monitor document revisions, ensuring the latest versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, compile, and organize documents for projects and audits.
- Create and maintain document management procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Train employees on document control procedures and ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely document delivery for projects.
- Conduct regular audits to identify document control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in document control systems and tools.
