Job Description
- Drive the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features in the insurance and automotive space.
- Oversee all elements of the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including design, testing, production, and promotion.
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on product priorities.
- Develop business models, analyze the competitive landscape, and deliver on growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and ROI.
- Partner with development, design, QA, and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively.
- Work closely with XA’s partners and vendors in the insurance and automotive space.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging and collateral, develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to gather insights and feedback.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
- Utilize customer insights, quantitative analysis, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics to drive product iterations and improvements.
- Exhibit empathy for users, striving to understand and resolve their pain points and ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences and meet customer needs effectively.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential product risks.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates, ensuring products remain compliant.
- Mentor and guide employees to achieve individual and team objectives, fostering a high-performing team environment.
