- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Managing administrative functions in support of business operations.
- Overseeing office management and administrative personnel.
- Implementing systems and processes.
- Developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
