Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to achieve brand objectives increase engagement and grow followers across social media platforms.
2. Create and curate compelling content for social media posts including text images videos and infographics that align with brand voice style and messaging.
3. Manage social media accounts including posting scheduling and optimizing content for maximum reach visibility and engagement.
4. Monitor social media channels for mentions comments and messages and respond promptly to inquiries comments and customer feedback.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
6. Identify social media trends emerging platforms and opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to capitalize on trends and engage target audiences.
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field; additional training or certification in social media marketing is a plus.
2. Proven experience in social media management digital marketing or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
4. Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for social media posts ads and campaigns.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Google Analytics or social media insights.
