Job Description
- Complete evaluations of the agreed tender and measure against scope of works.
- Liaise with subcontractors in relation to contract and commercial disputes.
- Ensure change orders and the issuing of applicable rates to client for approval that are not included in the current SOR.
- Evaluate and complete cost reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare valuation and cost forecasts for CSA and M&E.
- Updating monthly tracker for variations and forecasts, payments, etc.
- Electrical and Mechanical will be measured by the applicable team and details provided to the project QS for inclusion in the monthly reports and valuations.
