Job Description
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or multinational corporations
- Solid general corporate and commercial experience
- Extensive experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
- Experience leading and managing legal and regulatory compliance projects, including in areas of e-commerce, privacy and consumer protection
- Experience in the retail, consumer goods, fashion & luxury industry
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse legal team.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
