Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of finishing work, including drywall installation, plastering, painting, flooring, tile installation, cabinetry, and trim.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed work schedules for the finishing crew.
- Manage and motivate a team of finishing workers, providing training and guidance.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Coordinate effectively with other subcontractors and project stakeholders.
