About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM Unifier Project Manager to lead the endtoend implementation of Oracles Primavera Unifier solution. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to postimplementation support. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define project goals develop project plans manage resources and ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading 3 or more successful implementations of similar PLM or enterprise software projects.
- SAP Finance certified professional.
- Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance.
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a Business Analyst for an SAP S/4 HANA modernization project is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Information Systems or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on PLM or enterprise software implementations.
- Handson experience in implementing and configuring Unifier solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMP PRINCE2 Agile preferred).
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management processes and principles.
- Excellent communication leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing requirements and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with other PLM systems and related technologies is a plus.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PLM projects using Oracles Primavera Unifier from initiation to postimplementation support.
- Manage all aspects of module installation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives requirements and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate effectively with crossfunctional teams (business users IT consultants vendors).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication.
- Facilitate project meetings workshops and steering committee sessions.
- Manage project budgets forecasts and expenditures.
- Provide postimplementation support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Continuously improve project management processes and share best practices across the organization.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. Minimum of 2 years of experience administering and utilizing enterprise architecture tools. Proven experience with the LeanIX platform (certification preferred). Certified in TOGAF or a similar enterprise architecture framework.
