Sr Ecommerce Merchandiser - Large Retail Group

Responsibilities

This role is critical to the success of Retail divison across product information management collection management merchandising assortment and pricing

Curate content from internal and external sources to improve product listings

Leverage analytics to understand user shopping behavior across all product categories

Identify category and product performance trends for consideration and development

Monitor and analyze competitor product display and pricing trends

Maintains existing product images copy pricing sizing and product recommendations

Partners with Merchandising Marketing and Operations to align on seasonal product and collab launches for a seamless customer experience including navigation updates and homepage changeouts

Supports merchandising collections grids used for launch and marketing

Monitor web inventory availability and product assortment

Assists with website optimization including page construction and edits image and page templates and more

Reports on product traffic and navigation activity for web optimization and merchandising analysis

Partners with Merchandising/Planning for price changes. Working closely with Production Wholesale Marketing and Ops.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising in a consumerbased ecommerce environment/Retail group. UAE experience is a must.

Proven track record of analyzing sales figures customer shopping behavior and market trends to inform product presentation in an online store including product set up product pages collections navigation and recommendations

Experience bringing digital merchandising expertise to gotomarket efforts for new product launches seasonal campaigns and promotions

Provides thought leadership in developing digital experiences that are seen through to flawless execution for product launches promotions and other company initiatives

Strong attention to detail with the ability to switch between thinking about strategy while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment that will require you to execute with urgency as well as create and improve processes as you go
