Job Description
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- Install and configure new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring their understanding and proficiency with IT systems.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and implementing relevant solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of IT goods and services and resolving any issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations, facilitating knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
