Job Description
- Monitor and track the academic performance of students, including grades, test scores, and class participation.
- Provide academic support and guidance, offering assistance with homework, study skills, and subject-specific challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and academic staff to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of the academic progress and social development, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas needing improvement.
- Develop individualized academic and social development plans for each student, setting specific goals and milestones tailored to their needs and abilities.
- Establish open and regular communication channels with students, parents, teachers, and school staff to exchange information, address concerns, and coordinate support efforts.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for students, promoting positive social interactions, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
- Provide counseling to students facing social or emotional challenges, offering empathy, understanding, and practical solutions.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies or crisis situations involving students, such as academic struggles, behavioral issues, or personal crises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student academic performance, attendance, behavior, and social development.
