Job Description
- Support the Commercial Manager and / or Sales Manager by executing assigned commercial & Sales tasks dutifully and with a high degree of passion for selling
- Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request of the Commercial Manager
- Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in your assigned customer segment and beat the competition
- Support the Commercial Manager administratively when preparing budgets, strategy plans, forecasts or marketing / PR plans
- Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Help to ensure that all rates are loaded correctly in systems / channels
- Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue (also in F&B), sharing them on a regular basis with the Commercial Manager
- Take time to be a great host and engage with guests in our hotel daily: Greet friendly and with a smile on your face, do a bit of small talk, ask for their feedback and enquire what you and your colleagues can do to make their guest experience an even better one!
