Lift Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on lift systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace defective components or systems
• Perform modernizations and retrofits to improve lift system efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or license in lift technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lift Technician
• Expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of lift systems
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and tools
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies
