Communicates efficiently and ensures all project stakeholders remain informed throughout the project.
Responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project and/or multiple projects from beginning to end through monitoring and controlling of suppliers and contractors, while ensuring all regulations are met.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects from beginning to end through detailed and accurate project planning
Monitors the project budget
Determine the necessary resources needed to deliver project according to schedule Ensure supplies and materials are ordered and delivered according to schedule
Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project Anticipate and address problems that may arise during a project
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Ensure all appropriate permits and licenses from local authorities for construction works are obtained
Evaluate and develop risk management strategy
Leading a team of project managers
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, landlord, authority representatives and key team members of the project team Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability when needed throughout the construction projects
