Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions
- Conduct research, analyze data and create reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- This role is 100% onsite **
What You Will Need
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) year or more years of consulting experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience.
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Experience with human capital management, workforce planning or organizational design.
- Experience with HR data analytics and reporting.
