Communicate clearly all Corporate, Regional, Division and Department business goals, targets and objectives; ensure each team member understands their contribution to achieving overall success.
Ensure that training maintains its strategic focus on the provision of quality training to internal/external Customers.
Build and strengthen relationships with Customers within the region.
Provide leadership, direction and support, apply a ‘hands on’ approach as required to produce solutions to challenges which may impact on performance and/or training quality.
Liaise with NOV’s Aftermarket global BPA processes.
Part of the global Training Management group.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
Work with the Training Management team to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating training programs relevant to the internal / external customer and operational needs of the company.
Maintain regular contacts with other departments to stay in tune with new projects and products, as well as training needs.
Communicate with other departments in order to receive first-hand information on new projects and products.
Assist NOV sales to provide necessary information to customer requests.
Create and issue Training proposals per customer request according to global Training price Policy.
