Job Description

  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Analyze customer payment trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve collections and reduce DSO
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer payment issues
  • Monitor and report on customer accounts and collection activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
