Develop and establish global procurement policies.
Drive continuous improvement and enhance implementation in category teams as well as regional teams outside of China.
Identify and initiate optimisation opportunities throughout the whole procurement process, leading change management with cross functional partners including Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
Enhance implementation of policies with system upgrades and trainings.
Review and provide guidance on process compliance of different procurement categories and overseas regions.
Regularly monitor the execution of procurement processes, set compliance/risk KPIs to the sourcing teams and report deviations from the policy, followed with actions to improve process compliance ratio worldwide.
Support auditing projects and own remediation plans for any critical findings in line with the internal audit team.
Improve the procurement capacity and efficiency level, including setting up local procurement policy and process according to the local business characteristics of each region/country, with local functional partners.
