Responsibilities: -
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, rentals, and leases.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable related to real estate operations.
Monitor and analyze real estate revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, specifically related to real estate activities.
