Senior Industrial Engineer

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
• 3+ years’ experience in applying advanced knowledge of modeling techniques (e.g., mathematical modeling, simulation, design of experiments, operations research) to analyze a system.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management and leading cross functional teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering classification or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience utilizing production engineering principles.
• 3+ years of experience working in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment.
• 1+ year of experience with Tableau, Tableau Server, or SQL
• 5+ years of experience in partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role
  
  

Typical Education/ Experience:

• Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
• Level 5: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer sci10ence, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience).
