Job Description

  • Tenancy Contract Renewals: Support the leasing officer in managing tenancy contract renewal process and ensure issuing contract renewal notices to tenants within prescribed timelines for timely renewal.
  • Receivables & Collections: Follow-up with clients to collect overdue rental payments to maximize EPICO revenue. Identify and communicate with rent defaulter and update line manager on the progress of credit collection to reduce bad debt.
  • Routine Administration: Prepare, monitor and maintain accurate debtor report and ensure timely reporting of collection details to the line manager. Provide support with EPICO admin operations to resolve issues related to customer and municipality as required.
  • Customer Relationship: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants/clients for limiting complaints to ensure retention and repeat business by enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.

Experience: 4 - 5 years of minimum experience in property leasing; out of which 2 years should be in a senior tenant liaison & collection role in the UAE market.
