Job Description
- Maintain accurate logs and records of security incidents
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to detect suspicious activity
- Enforce security procedures and respond to emergencies as needed
- Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate the cause of activation
- Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
- Report any incidents or disturbances to the appropriate authorities.
