Key Responsibilities:
Bean Sourcing: Collaborate with our sourcing team to select and procure high-quality coffee beans from various regions.
Roasting: Operate, monitor, and maintain coffee roasting equipment to ensure optimal roasting conditions for each coffee variety.
Roast Profiling: Develop and refine roast profiles for different coffee beans to achieve the desired flavor and aroma characteristics.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest quality standards and consistency in the roasted coffee.
Inventory Management: Manage coffee bean inventory levels, ensuring freshness and availability for production.
